About Bethlehem
We want everything about us to declare that Jesus Christ is more desirable than all the pleasures of this world. Our desire is your happiness in God, for God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in him.
Five Discipleship Priorities
We aim to make disciples whose lives are devoted to five key aspects of obedience to Jesus Christ that can be summed up in these five words: Worship, Belong, Grow, Serve, and Go.

WORSHIP
Since God, by his grace, has given us new life to see his glory and know him through faith in Christ, let us devote ourselves to joyfully worship him in all of life, individually and corporately.
SUNDAY WORSHIP
Join us Sundays at 9am and 11am for identical services including singing, Scripture reading, prayer, preaching, and the Lord’s Supper. Our gospel liturgy leads us in adoration, confession, thanksgiving, hearing God’s Word, and responding in faith.
View the 9am service online at bethlehem.church/live-content. Live Spanish translation is available at 9am; headsets are available at the Welcome Desk.
Nursery Care
Children 10 months–age 3 are welcome to join us in the nursery during either service. The nursery is located beneath the Sanctuary.
Nursing Mom’s Room
Please visit the nursery check-in counter located
beneath the Sanctuary.
‘Restless Child’ Room
Room 218 is for families who need a place to watch the worship service while their children play in a contained room furnished with toys. Children must be in the care of their parents.
PRAYER GATHERINGS
Through Jesus Christ, we have access to God, the creator of the universe. Prayer is an opportunity to communicate with him directly—praising him, thanking him, and asking him for more grace and mercy. We have several groups that meet regularly for prayer. See upcoming prayer gatherings on our events page.

BELONG
Since God has chosen us and united us by faith into one body in Christ, let us devote ourselves to love one another in covenant community.
BAPTISM & MEMBERSHIP
Baptism is a visible symbol of God’s saving work within a person. It is the outward sign of belonging to the people of God—those who have repented and put their faith in Jesus Christ. You should be baptized if you have repented of your sins and believed on Christ alone for salvation and have not already been baptized as a believer by immersion.
The membership class is designed to provide an overview of our core beliefs. The class includes topics like understanding the gospel, what it means to be a church, and the theological beliefs of the elders and Baptists in general. The membership class is open to everyone, and is a requirement for church membership. Lunch is provided.

‘WEDNESDAYS AT WABUN’
May 27–August 26
Wednesdays // 5:30–8:00pm
This summer, join us on Wednesday evenings at the Wabun Picnic Area (Pavilion C) for a time of community, worship, and learning together. The church will provide burgers, hot dogs, and drinks, and we encourage attendees to bring a dish or dessert to pass. Picnic tables are limited, so we recommend bringing lawn chairs and/or blankets.
On July 1 we will not be meeting. On July 8, this event will take place at a different location to celebrate baptisms.

GROUPS
One of the best ways to get connected with other congregants is to join a group, whether that’s a class on Sunday, a Small Group during the week, or a book group on the weekend. If you’re looking to expand your connections within this community of believers, take a look at our current groups.

GROW
Since God has given us his Spirit to understand the Scriptures, let us devote ourselves to grow in the grace and knowledge of God, that we might mature in Christlikeness.
SUNDAY CLASSES
We offer a variety of classes on Sundays for all ages to help you grow in your understanding of the Scriptures and in the grace and knowledge of God. Most classes take a break during the summer months and will resume on Sunday, September 6. You can view current adult classes on our groups page.

BIBLE STUDIES
We have other opportunities for intentional study of Scripture outside of Sunday mornings. You can find more information about them on our groups page.

SERVE
Since Christ came to serve and lay down his life for us in love, let us, enabled by his grace, devote ourselves to serving one another in sacrificial love.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
It is a joy to care for one another—selflessly giving of our time, resources, and talents to support fellow believers. One way we do this is through volunteer teams. You can find these teams on our volunteer page.

HELPING HAND FUND
On the first Sunday of each month we take a special offering for the Helping Hand Fund, which is used to help meet the essential needs of every member of our church family. You can contribute to this fund any time online or by mailing a clearly marked check to the church office.

GO
Since the Lord Jesus Christ has commissioned us to make disciples, let us, in confident reliance on his enabling presence, devote ourselves as a church to go in compassion to the peoples in our neighborhoods and the nations.
